Hays County Municipal Utility District No. 4 is moving forward with its Phase 3 Drip Field Expansion to improve the capacity and long-term reliability of the District’s wastewater treatment and disposal system. The project will add new subsurface drip irrigation fields, upgrade key pumping equipment, and include related infrastructure improvements and site restoration. Once complete, these enhancements will help support continued growth while maintaining dependable wastewater service for District customers.
